Credentials with QR codes attest affiliation but do not confer signing authority. Appointments require a resolution and official documentation must be issued or authorized by the Head Office and the Governing Board.

We do not accept cash nor request payments through informal channels or to accounts not officially communicated. If an action, document, or authorization does not comply with institutional procedure, it is not considered authorized or binding.
